Joe Velotti and the staff were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful with everything we needed in arranging the funeral of my father. At the time of the wake itself, we were reminded and filled with many happy memories thanks to the video that they had prepared of my dad. Joe took the time to listen to all of my family's requests and helped make a difficult event extremely easy and prepared a funeral service that was elegant.

He was not pushy in the least, handled everything calmly with the utmost care exactly how we wanted it, and was readily available and responded to all our questions immediately. He made a beautiful photo slideshow for the wake, organized everything for the wake and funeral seamlessly, and is now handling the headstone too. The one thing we did not go through him for, the flowers, did not go completely smoothly- we should have let him handle that too. My family and I are so grateful to him for making everything so easy for us.
